Work through SMS as an Associate
An Associate of SMS works in a self-employed capacity for an SMS client on a daily-rate basis. Associates are well connected with the organisation, keen to work with SMS on a regular basis and believe in the core values of SMS. They also actively promote SMS across their network, advise SMS of business opportunities and have a proven strong commitment to SMS, such as a minimum number of years service or a significant shareholding.
Work as an M&T Contractor
Many Alumni will be familiar with the contracting arm of the SMS Group, M&T Resources (formerly known as SMS Contracting).
