Return as an employee
We are open to welcoming back SMS Nexus members who may have left the Company to pursue new adventures but are now interested in returning to SMS as permanent employees. You’ll find the Company has retained many of its special qualities including a friendly, collegiate culture, a wide variety of consulting roles across a broad array of industries and a great range of social activities. Work through SMS as an Associate
An Associate of SMS works in a self-employed capacity for an SMS client on a daily-rate basis. Associates are well connected with the organisation, keen to work with SMS on a regular basis and believe in the core values of SMS. They also actively promote SMS across their network, advise SMS of business opportunities and have a proven strong commitment to SMS, such as a minimum number of years service or a significant shareholding.
Work as an M&T Resources Contractor
Many Alumni will be familiar with the contracting arm of the SMS Group, M&T Resources (formerly known as SMS Contracting).
