SMS projects can range in length from a month to one or more years and in most instances our people work on site with our clients. While SMSers frequently work in a team environment, individual project work is not uncommon, so employees must be confident self-starters, capable of making significant decisions independently. Our consultants tend to work in their local state, but may be required to assist on a project interstate from time to time. However, for those who wish to travel, this option is becoming more available with our projects spanning the country.
