Andrew has 21 years of business experience gained in the banking, resources, retail, telecommunications and gaming sectors of the UK and Australian economies.
Andrew is currently managing a key project to improve the efficiency of the credit application process within a Business Banking environment.

- Consulted to the IT General Manager of a major Gaming organisation, responsible for the integration of the Casino IT functions following their acquisition of another Casino. Andrew was responsible for developing and implemented an applications roadmap and a project portfolio prioritisation tool. Then set up and kicked off three key projects
- Leading a large multinational petrochemical company’s Australian business compliance with new Privacy legislation
Managing the implementation of a new core IT application for a Financial Services company’s business banking division
- The implementation of a direct marketing solution a large Telecommunication carrier’s consumer marketing division
Background
Andrew commenced his career as a career banker working for Barclay’s bank in the UK and did so for 13 years. Since immigrating to Australia Andrew has changed careers starting as a Business Analyst/Junior Project Manager on Y2K and GST projects. Working at SMS has allowed Andrew’s experience and knowledge to broaden significantly offering Andrew the opportunity to now consult as Project Manager on significant, business critical projects
