She has played a key role in projects exceeding $10 million, responsible for initiatives which are critical to the ongoing operational success of the client organisation.

• Project Manager of a five-month, $1 million BPR project for a government management programme 
• Project Office Manager of a $10 million programme, leading workstreams, supporting and mentoring, and evaluating third party product suitability for a major insurance provider 
• Establishing the Project Office of a major insurance provider, servicing multiple business lines, then grew the team to three people over two years and provided services to all business divisions.
