Permanent employment opportunities are currently available for experienced BAs with relevant experience in preparing detailed systems specifications and who are able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
You will be considered a preferred candidate if you have a relevant tertiary qualification and have previous experience within the management consulting industry or working with large government departments or major corporations.
You will be assigned to a wide range of projects that may involve a combination of any of the following:
- Ensuring business needs are meet through a technical solution
- Improving current processes
- Developing supporting system tools
- Mapping current business processes
- User acceptance testing
- Facilitating workshops for key stakeholders
- Preparing impact analysis reports and managing change requests
- Conducting GAP analysis in the business’ direction
- Acting as ‘conduit’ between IT teams and the business
- Dealing with people at all levels of an organisation
