2. Real IDS (Import, Distribution and Service)

The realIDS solution enables you to collaborate with your supply chain partners enabling integrated demand and supply planning and forecasting for all your orders, products, assemblies, purchased and subcontracted items integrating direct procurement, manufacturing outsourcing, order fulfillment and subcontracting features.

The realIDS solution allows you to identify with precision what and when customers need spare parts or improvements to the machinery they have purchased from you. You will also be able to track customer issues including warranty and effectively deliver field service to your customers to solve the issues they face based on up-to-date as-built and as-maintained information
