We have successfully delivered key business benefit to this government agency by automating and digitising the gas installation and appliance safety processes on a new Pega 7 Platform. The new application streamlines the process of gas installation applications received from licensed plumbers and gas fitters, and also automates the noncompliance and improvement notice process.
