Adelaide, AUSTRALIA – SMS Management & Technology (SMS) has appointed
Rob Absalom as State Director for its South Australian operations.
Rob has been working in the IT space for more than 18 years and has a wealth of international professional experience, working in South Africa, United Kingdom, United States, Singapore and Australia.
Rob has been with SMS for four years as part of the South Australian leadership team and as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager prior to his appointment as State Director.
Prior to his time with SMS, Absalom had senior project delivery roles with BHP Billiton and worked as an Account Manager for Australian Fin Service tech company, Bravura Solutions.
In his new role, Rob’s key emphasis will be on leveraging the state’s digital push to drive further interest in SMS’s solutions, while fostering the company’s local pool of talent in Adelaide, which is gradually building its reputation as a key digital hub within Australia.
