Our solution will integrate Prosci® and ADKAR® into the client's Change Management Framework through the development and delivery of various eLearning and face-to-face training sessions for senior managers, staff, project managers and change managers. 

The outcomes for the client will include:

  • Greater awareness and adoption of their Change Capability Framework, Prosci® and ADKAR® to guide individual and organisational change
  • Consistent use of the change framework and tools, including Prosci® and ADKAR®across projects
  • Improved project outcomes and benefits realisation.

This program will be looking to roll out ADKAR® e-Learning and training across over 6,000 staff within the organisation.
